Denver media outlet Westword posted an article yesterday on more Righthaven lawsuits. Related to the Mike Rosen article on the T&A crap at the airports.
It involves the well known picture of a TSA goon feeling up a traveler - from an article in which there were prominent suggestions to 'share' the article and picture.
Again Righthaven 'bought' the rights to the photo after-the-fact, and proceded to not follow DMCA procedures to have the 'infringing' content removed.
They just sue.
That's the business model.
Go through the article and see if you think this 20 year-old disabled blogger was 'infinging' anything. And if you think he was, do you think Righthaven is following the law, or they are just extortionist trolls...
